Usage

1. Temperature Guidelines

  • To prevent the graphite from smoking, follow these precise temperature rules:
  • DO NOT apply the liquid graphite when the oven is cold or too hot
  • For best results, apply when oven temperature is between 50°F & 200°F (10°C to 98°C)

2. Application Step

  • Turn the oven burners on
  • Begin applying the liquid graphite
  • After 3 to 4 minutes, turn the burners off
  • Keep the oven slate belts moving continuously until the application is finished
  • Turn the oven burners back on when finished
    3.How to Apply
  1. Prep the Product: Shake the container vigorously to ensure the liquid graphite is perfectly suspended. Pour the lubricant into a 32 or 64 oz. open-top container (size varies based on your oven's dimensions).
  2. Brush Application (Oven Off): While the oven is turned off, apply the liquid graphite generously to slat belt chains, hinges, and gears using a paint brush that matches the width of your slat chains.
  3. Reach Tight Areas: Use an oiler bottle to access hard-to-reach pins and pivot point

4. Maintenance Schedule

  • Additional applications depend on oven size, production hours, and operating temperature
  • Frequency: Varies from every 8 hours, daily, weekly, or as needed
