Usage

USER INSTRUCTIONS 

Our Graphite based Read-To-Use chain lubricant is quick, convenient and easy to apply, shake vigorously, open, and pour some liquid graphite into a common plastic 64/32 oz. open top container. Container size depends on the size of your oven. Apply the liquid graphite lubricant on your oven slat belt chains, hinges and gears using a common paint brush about the same width as your slat belt chains. Use an oiler to reach the less accessible parts when the oven is turned off

To prevent graphite from smoking, DO NOT apply when oven is hot or cold. For best results, apply when oven temperature is between 50°F & 200°F (10°C to 98°C) turn oven burners on and begin applying, after about 3 to 4 minutes, turn burners off, keep oven slate belts moving until finished applying the liquid graphite. Turn oven burners on when finished

Additional applications will depend on oven size, temperature, production hours etc. It will vary from 8 hours, daily, weekly or as needed
