Refund policy
At Tortillaworld.com your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact shop@tortillaworld.com within 15 days of receipt regarding any manufacturing defects, transit damage, or product dissatisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Self-Shipping: You may choose to pay for return shipping; your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection.
Exclusions: Due to safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on ingredients or used items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods, including all ingredients, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you encounter a quality concern or shipping damage, please reach out to us at shop@tortillaworld.com for assistance. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sale items are final sale, unless otherwise noted. If there is an issue with the item you ordered, please reach out to our team at shop@tortillaworld.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Tortilla Masters Return Policy
We accept returns on new, unused equipment in original packaging with a valid serial number within 30 days of delivery. Custom/special orders are non-returnable. A 25% restocking fee applies to cancellations after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return freight is the buyer's responsibility. Returns require prior authorization and are not accepted for used items or requests made after 30 days.
Tortillaworld Classifieds
Because some descriptions and photos of equipment/items are provided by sellers, Tortillaworld cannot guarantee their accuracy. No warranty is made regarding condition or suitability for any purpose. All used equipment sales are final — returns are not accepted due to local inspection guidelines. We strongly recommend asking questions before purchase. All sales are EXW unless otherwise agreed; used equipment is sold as-is, with no crating, palletizing, shipping, or installation included.
New equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Used equipment may not be returned because they do not meet local county or city inspector guidelines. We urge you to ask as many questions as you feel necessary before making your purchase. All purchases of products through or advertised on our website or other transactions for sale of goods as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions for the sale of goods which are found by clicking here. All sales are FOB. The seller is responsible for loading the equipment onto the buyer's truck unless otherwise noted. Seller sometimes may need to crate items. Any crating of items or equipment done by the seller will be considered as additional expenses for the end buyer.
