ECONO-MAX concentrated 800 SILICONE PLUS is a high-performance food-safe release agent and processing aid, designed for tortilla, flatbread, chapatti, and wrap production. Recommended dilution ratio: Mix 1 part concentrate with 5 parts water to create the working solution. One 5-gallon pail yields approximately 30 gallons of diluted silicone solution

PETRO-GARD 220 oven chain lubricant

High temperature synthetic food grade oven chain lubricant by Petrochem, PETRO-GARD 220 oven chain lubricant is a food grade, high temperature based synthetic chain oil fortified with anti-wear additives and oxidant inhibitors that optimize the performance and stability of the lubricant. The natural detergency of PETRO-GARD food grade 220 H1 minimizes carbon buildup on chains contributed by conventional food grade PAO’s, mineral, and vegetable-based lubricants when exposed to higher temperature oven environments. It has a high flash point and a recommended operating temperature range of -25º C to 315º C (-13º F-599º F) NSF registered H1 food grade meets all regulations set by the FDA (21CFR178.3750) approved for incidental contact with food in and around food processing areas
