Section 1 – Classifieds

Because some descriptions and photos of equipment/items are provided by sellers, Tortillaworld cannot guarantee their accuracy. No warranty is made regarding condition or suitability for any purpose. All used equipment sales are final — returns are not accepted due to local inspection guidelines. We strongly recommend asking questions before purchase.

All sales are EXW unless otherwise agreed; used equipment is sold as-is, with no crating, palletizing, shipping, or installation included. New equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Used equipment may not be returned because they do not meet local county or city inspector guidelines. We urge you to ask as many questions as you feel necessary before making your purchase.

All purchases of products through or advertised on our website or other transactions for the sale of goods as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions for the sale of goods which are found by clicking here click here to view which are hereby incorporated.

All sales are FOB. The seller is responsible for loading the equipment onto the buyer's truck unless otherwise noted. Seller sometimes may need to crate items. Any crating of item, items, or any equipment done by the seller will be considered as additional expenses for the end buyer.

Section 2 – Tortilla Masters Equipment Sales

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing or using Tortillaworld.com equipment, you acknowledge that commercial/residential kitchen equipment involves inherent risks—including fire, burn, shock, injury, or death—arising from improper use, installation, or maintenance. You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, and hereby release and hold harmless Tortillaworld.com and Tortilla Masters from any liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither Tortillaworld.com (Dealer) nor Tortilla Masters (Manufacturer) shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or property damage) resulting from the use, misuse, installation, or modification of the equipment.
• Warranty Disclaimer
  Equipment is covered solely by the Tortilla Masters' written manufacturer warranty. Tortillaworld.com disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Indemnification & Hold Harmless
  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tortillaworld.com, its affiliates, and officers from any third-party claims, damages, or legal fees (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse, negligent operation, or unauthorized modification of the equipment.
• Returns, Cancellations & Restocking Fees
  Custom orders and special equipment may not be eligible for return. For eligible items:
  • Tortilla Masters can accept the return of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number.
  • Cancellations after processing will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Returns will not be accepted on used equipment, items with no serial number, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items returned without an authorization number.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, particularly to ensure a safe, respectful environment or to comply with legal requirements.

You acknowledge that your data, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted across networks to meet technical requirements of connected devices. Credit card data is always encrypted during transfer.
