CC-2208 FG Carbon clean is a labor-savings lubricant-cleaner that eliminates the need for disassembling the chain for cleaning. Carbon clean helps soften, and dissolve carbon build up on all roller ball bearing chains, pin/roller chains, tortilla chains, slides, gears, and all moving parts that require cleaning. If converting from graphite to synthetic lubricant, carbon clean can also be used to soften graphite carbon build on chains

CC-2208 FG Food Grade carbon clean and flushing oil is compatible with Petrochem’s oven chain lubricants: FOODSAFE PETRO-GARD® FG-220, HT-2000, or PETRO-GARD®220. 10% concentration of this cleaner can also be added to existing lubricant in reservoir while the equipment is running to boost cleaning properties

CC-2208 FG is a synthetic food grade chain cleaner and flushing oil designed to remove varnish, sludge, and carbon build-up deposits from oven chains. It may also be used as a step for
flushing chains when transitioning from a non-food grade or competitor lubricant to Petrochem’s.
