Details

This mixer is outfitted with an easy-to-access, swing-out, stainless steel bowl. When fully extended, the bowl makes loading and unloading ingredients fast and easy. The process of mounting the bowl into the unit is even easy, too, thanks to the single point bowl installation and power bowl lift. The lift is powered by a simple control and can either raise or lower the bowl to the operator's convenience. For protection and safety, the bowl must be fully up and locked in place and the stainless steel bowl guard must be in place in order for the mixer to operate. These requirements prevent accidental operation and the resulting damage and cost.

The unit is designed with a gray powder coat finish, making for an attractive, metallic exterior. Each foot includes a neoprene pad, effectively promoting overall stability of the mixer, as well as protecting the floor surface.
