Ergonomic Swing-Out Bowl

Featuring an ergonomic swing-out bowl, this mixer makes it easy to load and unload ingredients. With a single point bowl installation, you can easy mount or remove the bowl as needed. Plus, the bowl interlock ensures that the mixer bowl is properly in place before the mixer will operate for added safety.

Hobart Quick Release Agitators

This mixer comes with a (1) 30 qt. "B" beater and (1) 30 qt. "D" wire whip so you can prepare fluffy mashed potatoes or moist, bakery-style cakes.
