Hobart HL400-4STD Details

This Hobart Legacy+ HL400-4 40 qt. all-purpose floor mixer comes complete with everything you need to quickly prepare fluffy mashed potatoes and moist bakery-style cakes, signature pizza dough, and rich, tasty icing. Its standard accessory package features Hobart Quick Release Agitators, including (1) 40 qt. "ED" dough hook, (1) 40 qt. "B" beater and (1) 40 qt. "D" wire whip, as well as (1) 40 qt. stainless steel bowl. A #12 taper attachment hub makes transitioning between accessories easier than ever.

Each HL400-4 features a three-speed, 1 1/2 horsepower motor, gear transmission, stir speed function and Shift-On-The-Fly controls which allow the operator to change the speed while the mixer is running. For superior consistency, the HL400-4 also has a 20-minute smart-timer and automatic time recall.
