This liquid silicone product is NOT an INGREDIENT or an ADDITIVE. It is a liquid non-stick processing aid product formulated with food grade silicone oils & naturally derived emulsifiers that comply with FDA guidelines for food contact. It’s classified by the NSF as (H3) Developed specifically to meet the needs of the tortilla, wraps & chapati manufacturers to prevent their product from sticking to their oven slat-belts (comales) without affecting the taste, color, aroma & quality of their products  

Equipment & Preparation Instructions

1. Gently scrub away any rust, lime, or residue from the top and middle slatbelts (comales) Use a non-abrasive car wash cloth or soft bristle brush with a mild cleaning solution to ensure the surfaces are not scratched
2. Dilute ECONO-MAX concentrated 5 gallons of water to 1 of silicone = up to 30 gallons of diluted liquid silicone
3. Shake vigorously before every use
4. Preferred Tools: Use a plastic 32 oz. spray bottle, a hand pump sprayer, or an atomized spray system

Application Instructions

1. Ideal Temperature: Apply only when the oven’s top and middle belts (slat belts/comales) are between 50° F and 200° F (10° C to 98° C)
2. Coverage: Apply an even coating over the entire surface area of the slat belts
3. Maintenance: Reapply as necessary to preserve a consistent non-stick film
