TortillaTek MAX CONCENTRATED 800 SILICON PLUS non-stick liquid silicone is NOT an INGREDIENT or an ADDITIVE. It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive, high temperature, processing aid product formulated with food grade silicone oils & natural derived emulsifiers that meet the FDA guidelines. It’s classified by the NSF as H3 and was developed to meet the needs of the tortilla, wraps & chapatti manufactures eliminate product from sticking to their oven slat belts without effecting the taste, color, odor and quality of their products

                                                                  USER INSTRUCTIONS (R-T-U)

Clean the ovens top and middle slat belt surface of any rust, lime or other residues using a soft car wash type cloth or a soft bristle brush to clean without scratching them

Our Ready-To-Use SILICONE 800 PLUS is quick, convenient and easy to apply. It keeps the consistency of silicone being applied the same on every production days

Shake vigorously, pour and apply using a common plastic 32 oz. spray bottle/hand pump sprayer or other atomized methods. We recommend applying the first coating of the day over the ovens top and middle slat belts entire surface area while ovens temperature is 50°F to 200°F (10°C to 98°C) Additional applications can be applied at production temperature if needed. We recommend reapplying silicone 2 or 3 times every 6 to 8 hours

• Ingredients: polydimethyl siloxane, emulsifier, sodium benzoate and water.

Accidental eye contact: Rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, If present and continue rinsing.

Su principal función es eliminar totalmente el desperdicio de tortillas pegadas en los comales de las maquinas tortilladoras. Nuestro Antiadherente es completamente líquido, fácil de aplicar y resistente al calor y no afecta el color, sabor, ni aroma de las tortillas durante o después del proceso y se aplica fácilmente con una botella tipo spray para tortilladoras chicas o puedes usar pistola de aire para  las tortilladoras grandes y no es propenso a generar quemadas durante el cocimiento de la tortilla, ni satura los quemadores del horno ya que no contiene espesantes
