I have extensive experience in corn tortillas, processing soft table tortillas both white and high lime, tortilla chips (Totopos) taco shells, tostadas, tostadas caseras and masa for tortillas and tamales, fine & course corn dough (masa) natural & ready-to-use (masa preparada para tamales) I continue working for Rovey Specialty Grains, LLC. since 2001, as a National sales rep. for NON-GMO & Organic food grade corn.

Con más de 40 años de experiencia en la industria panificadora en negocio propio en la ciudad de Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. También participe como gerente de una empresa de suplementos alimenticios en el estado de Texas por 2 años. Basta experiencia en relaciones publicas enfocado a la mercadotecnia y comercialización de productos, servicios y actualmente integrante del equipo de Tortillaworld™ desde marzo del 2013
