Commercial grade gas hose kit #16100BPCF72 contains (1) 1-72″ long commercial grade movable gas hose connector composed of 301 stainless steel corrugated tube covered with a tight weave of stainless steel braid specifically engineered for caster mounted commercial cooking & tortilla Industry equipment like traditional corn cooking tubs, tortilla chips, tostadas and churrito basket fryers from 30 per hour etc. The outside hose coating is an antimicrobial PVC coating that inhibits growth of bacteria, mold and mildew on the connector. Rotational technology fittings on both ends of the connector rotate 360 degrees, greatly reducing stress at both connector ends. (2) 1-1″ Safety quik disconnect valves designed specifically for the food industry, meeting the safety and operational needs of commercial kitchens, doing the work of both a quick disconnect and a valve. The gas connector cannot be disconnected until the gas valve is shut off, and cannot be opened until the gas connector is attached and employs a number of safety measurements while acting as a convenient quick disconnect fitting.
