Commercial grade gas hose kit #16100BPCFS36 contains (1) 1-36″ long commercial grade movable gas hose connector composed of 301 stainless steel corrugated tube covered with a tight weave of stainless steel braid specifically engineered for caster mounted commercial cooking & tortilla Industry equipment like traditional corn cooking tubs, tortilla chips, tostadas and churrito basket fryers from 30 lbs. per hour etc. The outside hose coating is an antimicrobial PVC coating that inhibits growth of bacteria, mold and mildew on the connector. Rotational technology fittings on both ends of the connector rotate 360 degrees, greatly reducing stress at both connector ends. (2) 1-1″ Safety disconnect valve is designed specifically for the food industry, meeting the safety and operational needs of commercial kitchens, doing the work of both a quick disconnect and a valve. The gas connector cannot be disconnected until the gas valve is shut off, and cannot be opened until the gas connector is attached and employs a number of safety measurements while acting as a convenient quick disconnect fitting. The valve also has an internal thermal shutoff feature to protect against dangerous temperatures near the gas supply. (3) 1-1″ Swivel Max rotational end fitting for used with gas connectors for commercial kitchen applications. The swivel allows increased movement at either end of the gas connector by providing 360 degrees of multi-plane range of motion.
